This gives the option for those of you who want particular attention for certain asanas/postures, breathing etc. to have a very specific focused time on you, whether adjusting particular postures, working with modifications or developing sequences for your own home practice.
This also enables you to advance your practice generally and enables me to tailor the practice to your specific, individual needs.

I will also start a practice for groups who cannot access a yoga class in their area

 or as a introduction to yoga with a special yoga session.
