Now that we are in a brand new 2020 year we still move through the storms, all the different names for the storms, high winds, high water levels and still very mixed weather all you lovely people have still been out in all the weathers we have been given to come to our yoga practice....
I do appreciate all your efforts as we are all taking small steps forward towards the changes ahead.
These small steps of improvement in our own yoga practice will produce so many positive long lasting results and I am looking forward to all our future yoga classes and working with you all.

places for anyone interested in coming to yoga

Yoga Meditation Classes
I did run a very successful morning Yoga Meditation which added Yoga practice. If there is any interest please let me know so we can think about arranging a program for small groups or individuals.
We all need more energy & to feel grounded, centered & calm.
The balance between our relaxation and activity needs a reset.
Yoga Meditation can help with a gentle practice for all abilities with a combination of relaxing postures and stretches, together with breathing techniques to enhance calm, relaxation and a greater awareness of our body and mind.
We will be encouraging the flow of Prana or Chi, the universal life force, in our bodies by working with the Chakras and the beautiful Yoga Mudras & Chants, to encourage this energy flow.
One 2 One
I also offer one to one Yoga guidance. This gives the option for those of you who want particular attention for certain asanas/postures, breathing etc. to have a very specific focused time just for your individual needs, whether adjusting particular postures, working with modifications or developing sequences for your own home practice.
This also enables you to advance your practice generally and enables me to tailor the practice to your specific, individual needs.
